Perinatal Programs

All perinatal workouts are designed to align with the week of gestation a client is and/or weeks postpartum they are to ensure proper progressions and safety

Perinatal workouts are written for every week of gestation, including the 4th trimester during the postpartum period, to ensure proper progressions and safety. All splits include pelvic floor and core work and were curated by a Pre-& Postnatal Certified Coach who is a mother herself.
