Watching women go from - "I feel so frustrated" ➡️ "I feel so strong" "I feel self conscious in social settings" ➡️ "I feel so calm and comfortable in my skin" "I always restrict then binge" ➡️ "Food has lost its power over me."
"I DREAD wearing bathing suits" ➡️ "LOOK AT MY ASS, IT’S INCREDIBLE!"

Notice how NONE OF IT was about going from no abs ➡️ "I FINALLY HAVE ABS!" Why?
