Want to build some killer glutes? šŸ‘

Look at that PROGRESS šŸ˜

And when I mean progress, I donā€™t just mean physically.

The girl on the right, who I am right now, is SO MUCH HAPPIER than the girl on the left.

The girl I was on the left...

āŒ had restrictive eating tendenciesā£ā£
āŒ didnā€™t track my foodā£ā£
āŒ "forgot" to eatā£ā£
āŒ lifted in a more HIIT circuit styleā£ā£
āŒ didnā€™t use progressive overloadā£ā£
āŒ falsely believed that carbs will make me fat
āŒ told myself that "lifting heavy will give me gross thunder thighs"ā£ā£
āŒ didnā€™t push myself hard enough in workoutsā£ā£
ā£ā£
But the girl on the right?

āœ… Eats as high as 3300 calories/day while bulkingā£ā£
āœ… Gained 16lbs in my first bulk and loved my body every second of itā£ā£šŸŽ‰
āœ… Eliminated the thigh gap foreveršŸ˜‚ā£ā£
āœ… Started lifting like a badass b****.ā£ā£
āœ… Accepted that Iā€™m never going to weigh what I did in high school or college ever again, and thatā€™s a good thingā£ā£
āœ… Stopped doing kickbacks and started deadliftingā£ā£
āœ… Tracked intentionally to be accountable for my bodyā€™s energy needs
āœ… Learned that consistency and patience are kingšŸ‘
ā£ā£
So hereā€™s the question:
