Before joining DLDNation, Kristin felt pretty lost on her fitness journey…
She would try new diets or exercise plans, go hard for a short period of time, then find herself falling out of it and feeling unhappy again...
She desperately wanted to have more energy to do the things she loved and feel better daily, but there was so much mixed information online, she didn’t know what was going to be best for her.
When Kristin came across all of the educational content on our social media pages she was instantly blown away and decided to give 1:1 coaching a shot!
After a few months with Coach Thea, Kristin has totally transformed her relationship with health and fitness! 
"If you would have told me a few months ago that I would be eating 2300 calories per day I would have said ‘absolutely not, I want to lose weight.’ I’ve tried a million different things before, and this is by far the best I’ve ever felt" Kristin told us.
