DLD Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cup of frozen banana & berry (any frozen berry mix would work)
- 70g Fage yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
Topping of choice (these added +21g carb, 5g fat, 3g protein)
- 5g chia seeds
- 14g Nature Valley granola
- 50g blueberries
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor or blender add berries, yogurt, protein powder and almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl or a cup if you are on the go!
- Top with your favorite toppings such as chia seeds, berries, and granola.
