Read this if you're too busy to track macros

People seem to THINK that tracking their food takes 6 hours a day.⁣

Which validates their story of "It's way too time consuming," ⁣which allows them to continue avoiding advocating for the health of their bodies...⁣

But let’s get super real...
The average American spends more time watching TV in a single day than they will spend on their health in an entire week.

I am done hearing people cite time as their barrier⁣.. ever heard that ole "We all have the same 24hrs in a day?"⁣ ⁣

WELL IT'S TRUE⁣👏👏

Nobody on planet Earth gets more or less time. Fame, money, and power still don't matter⁣.

Time is the great equalizer.

So, where's the difference?⁣

The difference lies in the prioritization of each individual.

✅Everything we do daily is a priority.

❌Everything we do not daily is not a priority. ⁣

Period. ⁣

So take a look at an average day for you, and note your priorities: you are voting with your lifestyle every hour of every day⁣.

Next time you want to say "I don't have the time," instead say, "That's not a priority." ⁣

At least then we are ALL (me included) being honest with ourselves, and can practice the introspection necessary to choose, grow, learn, and evolve.⁣
