DLD Gochujang Pulled Pork



  • 36g Boneless pork loin roast
  • 60g Gochujang (I used Trader Joe’s brand)
  • 14g Sesame Oil
  • 50g Low sodium soy sauce
  • 20g Honey
  • 60g Water
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 8g Corn starch



  1. In a small bowl, combine gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, water, and seasonings until combined.
  2. Place pork roast into the bowl of an instant pot. Pour sauce over it, seal and pressure cook on high for 30 minutes. Allow to slow release for about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove pork from the liquid and shred with two forks. Turn the instant pot to the sear/saute function. Mix cornstarch with a splash of water, then add it to the liquid and bring to a light boil. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add pork back into the sauce. Optionally, top with sesame seeds and green onions.
