I am an experienced registered nurse with expertise in postpartum and breastfeeding mamas. I am here to meet you where you are. I am here to empower women; to help you step out of your comfort zone and achieve things that you never thought possible. I fell in love with weight training when I was in college, however I had zero knowledge at the time about what a healthy diet was. Once I discovered the power of nutrition, I wanted to learn more. So, I got my Precision One Nutrition Certification in order to properly educate myself and others.

Being a DLD client before coach, I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. I have been so ingrained in this community, I completely understand how this process works. Having Monika as my coach and mentor for over a year was the best decision I could have made for myself. I am stronger physically, mentally and emotionally than I ever could have imagined. And my "gains" reach far beyond just physical fitness. I feel completely in control of my health and well-being, and I want to help you do the same. Q: Is there a minimum commitment? Do I get locked into a contract?

 

A: NOPE! There is no minimum commitment, no contract, and you can cancel at any time.

 

Q: Will I have access to real coaches if I have questions and need support?

 

A: Yes, in addition to a weekly Facebook Live with your Universal Coaches, you have 24/7 access to your coach in the Universal Facebook group.

 

Q: Will my macros and workouts really be customized to ME?

 

A: Yes, upon signing up we'll collect information about you and your Universal Coach will customize your macros and determine your best workout split (NOT a computer or automated system doing this, a live human will be managing all of your protocols).

 

Q: How often do I get new workouts?

 

A: Your workout split will be updated every 4 weeks.

Q: Why do all at-home splits have bands?

A: By adding bands into your home workouts, you will be able to unlock hundreds of additional exercises that aid in variety, as well as promote more results due to the ability of bands allowing for vertical pull movements

Q: What if I need to request changes to my macros or I think they need an update down the line?

 

A: No problem, bring your questions to our group coaching call and we can work through protocol changes together. Or if rather, you can submit a progress assessment form at any time and your Universal Coach will email you with feedback and any protocol updates or changes, if indicated.

 

Q: Do I have to have a Facebook account to do DLD Universal?

 

A: No, you don't have to be on Facebook! Without a FB account you wouldn't have access to the community group, but you can still receive all other elements of this amazing offer.

 

Q: Can you get support on workout form?

 

A: Yes! You can share your videos in the Facebook group and your Universal coach will give you feedback, corrections, and tips!
